The board unanimously approved raising the Library Director's hours to 28 per week, citing that the director's actual hours have consistently exceeded her contracted 25-hour schedule. The board also unanimously approved a draft warrant for Town Meeting requesting an amendment to the Town of Wales Personnel Bylaws to exempt library employees from certain personnel rules.
