WALES — The Planning Board discussed minor amendments to its Special Permit Application during its July 8 meeting and will present the changes to the Board of Selectmen for approval as fees increase. Chair Jason Oney presided with Members Zachery Berry and Sarah Ryan present; Member Samuel Champigny was absent and no public members attended. The board approved June 17, 2026 regular and executive session meeting minutes by a 3-0 vote.
