WALES — Conservation Commission approved a Certificate of Compliance amendment for Fountain Road property. Chair Zachery Berry's three-member board voted unanimously to correct the deed recording information that had emerged during the home sale, fixing a Book and Page number mismatch on a 2013 WPA Form 8B. The commission continued environmental oversight on multiple properties: it barred further excavation within 100 feet of wetlands at 44 Mt.
Hitchcock Road pending survey; issued an advisement letter at 51 Union Road warning of enforcement if dumped materials aren't removed; and determined a Notice of Intent filing is likely required for Norcross Wildlife Sanctuary's expanded project scope.
